I think that the available defenses should be changed to:

Press
Strict Man to Man
Zone
Help

Amoung the changes this would imply is that defenses could be called for defensive 3 seconds.  (none for strict man to man, some for help, lots for zone) 

Hopefully there would be others.

Also Press should probably just be it's own thing with maybe the following options:

Press:
Never-Sometimes-Often-Frequently-Always

or just given a 1-5 rating.
