I just took this team over in Tark and I plan on being there for a while. I want to balance out my classes some so I am looking to cut 1 maybe 2 players off this team. I will probably take at least 1 if not 2 walkons by doing this but it will help me more down the line.
However, I am at a loss for who to cut.

I think William Agee has to go, his WE is horrible and there is not much good about him. Then I was thining about a Big as well, but maybe Evans is also a candidate. With Black being a Sr. and Petty a Jr it does not make sense to cut one of them. So that leaves Herr,Isles and Reed. They all have their good (ok not good but servicable) and bad so I don't know wich way to go. Please help.

My .02:  between Herr, Islas and Reed, if it were me I'd cut Islas.  Of the 3 he has the highest LP, but that's moderated by his crappy ATH. 

Herr has hands made of concrete but as a soph you have time to try to raise that 3 BH a little bit.  He has better ATH and DEF than the other 2 bigs.  Such as it is.

Your roster reminds me of what I inherited at Bethany.  I'm planning on cutting a couple more players after this season because none of the Sim recruits offer anything I find compelling or useful.  If I were you, I'd cut anyone you don't think you can improve upon with recruiting and march forward.  Give it a couple of seasons to settle after you add your own players.  You'll be ahead in the long run.  8 sophs only means that you'll have a monumental rebuilding job to do in 3 seasons.

i would cut evans over agee.  agee is your 2nd best ballhandler and your best passer. 

since you won't have much recruiting money to bring in anyone i'd maybe use him to get through this season and then cut him prior to next
