Does anyone know if a draft prospect whose signability is "Looking to be drafted in the first round. If not, he'll probably head back to college for his senior season" asks for slot level if they are drafted in the first round?  Or do they ask for more?

Same topic, different scenario...  HS kid... looking to be drafted in rd 1, or off to college.  Have you experienced any first rounders leaving slot money on the table and going to college?

Exactly what they ask.  If they want more, they'll let you know.   Offering more than they ask for isn't going to convince them to sign.  Wait 'em out.
