I am attempting to pull down a couple of D1 recruits to D2.  They have given me the courtesy to respond and let me now that I am a backup.  They are presently considering only Sim D1 schools, do I stand a chance?  I am a B+ prestige.

If they are considering D1 SIM schools, it's difficult to beat them. I believe other coaches have bee successful, however.  I always look elsewhere whenever a DI Sim wants a player

onefast, the key is to use FSS and see if they are tight with the sim school in question. If they're not and you're local or semi-local, you can often (but not always) do it. If they are tight, I would find another player. (And don't forget, even if you beat out the sim, another DI team could jump on, which has happened to me on numerous occasions.)
