Suggestion for aiding taking over new teams Topic

It would be very helpful, when taking over a new team, to get a "player's thoughts" type e-mail for the returning players BEFORE recruiting starts.  That way, you have a better idea of needs down the road when recruiting.  Obviously you get some idea from the stats, but you have no idea if any areas can still improve or by how much.

It should be in the form of the welcome e-mail from the assistant coach.  It'd be something along the line of:  welcome coach.  Excited to be working with you.  As you know, we have played x defense and x offense in the past, but you should reexamine whether that is the best fit for out team.  To get you up to speed, here is what I have observed about our returning players:

Jimer Phredett
Ath:  high (or maybe use the scouting report language)
    SP: low
etc.

has been suggested before and is still a good idea

if they dont want to generate a NEW players thoughts message, how about just a copy of the prior season's message - with a snarky message from the assistant like - Hey coach, I found our scouting notes from last season.  Now, you may have your own ideas about this but I thought you might want to see it........

I posted this same thing on the suggestion forum about a month back -- definitely would be a useful tool to avoid wasting a year discovering which of your SimAI recruits might be functional and which ones need File 13'd immediately.
