How would you allocate practice time for this guy? Topic

I figured I have a few choices: I can put 0 in Passing/Rebounding since he isn't high in those (or just rebounding, since it's less important relative to his other guard skills), I can put ~3 in those categories just to maintain them, or I can just divide everything up evenly and put ~9 into each category.

I'm pretty set on putting 15 into Conditioning, I'd prefer to put ~12 into FT shooting, and I figure I'll need 3 or so for SH since he's got a 3.1. This is a Juco who I am redshirting. I was hoping someone may have put some time into maximizing practice, I think my own system is pretty good, but if anyone has something better let me know (or sitemail me).

take a shot at it, did not figure SH or form practice:        cond 15 fw 12 lp 12 pe 12 bh 12 pa 10 ft 12 85  at 3.1 gpa and a RS, I would not put any mins into SH; even if did not RS, would not put SH mins to start season.

O that brings up a good Q, if you RS a guy and you don't put minutes into SH, will he improve just as quickly while ineligible? I should know that

my understanding is ineligibles still improve, but at a slower rate.  how much slower i couldn't tell you.

They only improve slower because they are not getting playing time.

In other words, no different from a redshirt

no, redshirts who go ineligible improve slower than redshirts who are eligible.  or at least that's what i've read on here.

I think redshirts get to practice, but inelligble players do not.

I think they were referring to if a redshirted player goes ineligible for grades.
