My team is not doing so good this season. should i change anything in my practice plan, game plan, or depth chart?

Thanks courtside, been following your suggestions (taking alot of notes from FAQ and such) but still alot to digest. About ready to start implementing some setting differently and see what happens. This first year will be a total learning experience as it should be, but I'm more stoked then before and your advice helped. I think I am in it for the long haul. Thanks again and Best Of luck...
