What is the fewest number of pitches you guys have seen in a complete game?  I noticed that one of my pitchers only needed 77 pitches to get one just now, but I figure that is probably not the record.  What is the lowest anyone has seen?

It looks like his recovery is out of control though, since as a 28 year old, he's reaching higher ratings than he's ever had - while injured

Carlos Silva had a 74-pitch CG against the Brewers in 2005.  As for HBD, I've never seen anything lower.
