Problem with that is that you could blow through a large part of your recruiting budget and the leave, which opens up the possibility of either of the following scenarios:

1)  You leave no money for the coach who follows you at the school you just left; and
2)  You get a huge advantage of being able to scout (and copy and paste all potentials) without having to touch your current school's recruiting budget.
