I know for a fact that at least in the lower levels, potential of a walk-on is random.  Had one at D2 that had to play because of my poor recruiting, and by Soph season was afine back up, and by Junior and Senior season he was starting.

WIS, randomize two more Walk-On scenerios..........Randomly allow recruits that were GREEN walk-on, instead of going JUCO.  Also, have a Coaching Option, that will allow the direction of a Walk-on.  Nothing worse, then only three Guards on roster, and you get another Center!!  Check Box in Game Plan perhaps
