His WE was 71 at the time I recruited.   I didn't notice a WE drop the first time, but I didn't look because I figured it was another of those normal first-time rejections I've had before and I just took it off as a matter of course.

It dropped 45 points to 26 the second time I tried.

Yeah with a WE of 71 to start I probably would have just left the RS on. He was probably at 50 or so and that is still good.

I bet next time you check to see how much it went down before you automatically pull it off.

Keep at him though, you never know he may end up taking it.
