To PH he has to be set as a 'SP', and all bench players must be unavailable ('rest' setting) or already subsituted into the game.
To field, the original fielder must be injured and all bench players must also be injured or already subsituted into the game ('rest' don't work). <----- I could be wrong on this part, but I think thats accurate.
