 I have the #1 pick in a draft and there is a SP that has 3 pitches one projected at 82 second 80 and third 25  his splits are both projected over 80 . how much can a 2 pitch pitcher have as a starter?

He has three pitches.

What's his control, durability and stamina?  In general, three pitch pitchers are better suited for long relief.

I'd take him, assuming there aren't better options.  Sounds like the rest will balance out the iffy P3.
