How much effort do sims put in after signings? Topic

With 4 cycles to go, sims are jumping on recruits.  Do they put in minimum effort to sign a guy?  Could an A+ D3 team put in a CV+schollie and take the guy from a C- D2 school?

I think you'll see it more as the recruits are lowering their standards and will consider an amount of effort that initially wasn't enough to make them consider a sim.

You're correct in that it's minimal effort and a D3 team should be able to pull them away.  Not sure if a straight CV+Schollie is enough.
