Yeah, there are a few issues I see at first glance:
-True freshman starting pg. If you promised him a start, well ... not much you can do. But if you didn't, he shouldn't be starting.
-Going with three bigs every game, regardless of matchups or defense you're facing. I'd definitely be playing a three-guard lineup at the very least vs. fcp teams.
-It looks like you might be using target minutes. If so, I would switch to fatigue.
-Curious how you're using tempo ... looks like maybe you had been running uptempo a lot, and now you've switched to slowdown. Again, you should be moving that around based on matchups. Example: Last game you ran slowdown vs. a James Madison team that runs fastbreak and only goes eight deep. That's a game that you should've run uptempo and it would've likely been the difference between winning and losing. (That plus a three-guard lineup so you could get someone suitably fast/athletic to guard JM's top player, a guard who plays the 3.)
-Wow, now that a look, that's a trend -- playing your slow pf at sf and him getting torched. Was also the main reason you lost to LIU and Navy.
-I also agree that Tiller should be getting some more distro, and some of the other guys (especially Paulucci) should be getting way less. The fact that those two guys seem to be getting pretty equal distro is inexplicable -- one is your most dangerous offensive player and the other is a big man with 43 lp.
