When do you know for sure if 5th year eligible seniors will be returning for their 5th year?  Ernst on my team is eligible to come back for the 5th.  All the early entries for the draft have declared in the world.  Does this mean it is for sure that Ernst returns since he is still listed on the team?  Or does that decision come later as the world turns over?
