Rescinding Scholly before Signings and no extra $? Topic

I rescinded a scholarship before signings period and to my suprise I had no extra recruiting money added.  Is this the norm or was there an error?

that's the norm.

You only get scholarship money for the openings you have before recruiting begins.

wish I would have known that, oh well I still have more than enough.  its good to know for the future though. Thanks for the help.
