How much of an effect does cutting a player that you signed have on your reputation? Is that effect enough to drive away recruits that are already considering you, or prevent others from accepting your recruiting effort? Thanks in advance

The effect on recruiting is pretty much negligible in my experience.

never noticed any effect on recruiting, and I've cut several of my own players in the past. I think it affects job changes more.
