i dont think it has any effect
how could it have no effect? Duke went from like 10-2 to 0-12... OWP and OOWP are still part of RPI...
i think 0-12 is most likely cosmetic
what do you mean cosmetic? All those teams that he had beat suddenly got wins...everyone's RPI adjusted based on the new record...

wow actually my bad, you're right they did change. i was thinking more along the lines of how they apply things like vacated tourney wins in real life after the season ends and made an assumption there.
