We're in coach hiring time in Smith and have had 26 job changes to date, none since 8:01AM today with the deadline 11:59PM tonight. I've lost two relatively modest coaching tries to what I hope was bad luck but I don't know what is going on? Is no one applying or is no one being accepted as teams look for better coaches? Should I try for a high prestige team or stick to the modest ones?
Is there a good strategy for now? Thanks.

How do you define 'modest'?

 

Simmy's comments were positive about applying for jobs at schools ranked #81 and #91. I have 3 years experience but only 1 active season in the last 4 so that may have hurt me.

It usually takes 4 cycles to get a job, so thats probably the reason there hasn't been any changes lately.  You will probably get whatever job you apply for this late in the process.
