Big 12 Phelan has a couple of sims that have dropped down to possibly attainable for the upper level D2 schools in Texas A&M and Missouri. We made 34k per team as a conference this season so you will have a wad of cash to work with. A&M is probably the most appealing because of the location and lack of a 2nd school in East Texas (TTU is in West Texas) at the moment even though they are the lowest prestige. 

If you are eligible for any of these jobs, we'd love to have you. Lots of solid and friendly coaches. If you're an elite D2 team, or you are looking for a nice landing spot from a D1 midmajor, this is definitely a good bet for you. Give it a look if you are eligible! 

Part of me would really like to make the switch, but another part is determined to build Arkansas into a contender, however recruiting against the Big 12 every season is not very easy. Seems like every season I lose a stud recruit to 1 of you.

MU is my goal - but i wont be eligible, if it's there in a season or two i want it

I would love to but I've been at Pepperdine for a couple seasons and I'm still not eligible.  Hopefully next season.
