6 Juniors with a JUCO Topic

Can someone with 6 juniors then sign a 2 year JUCO, or would that not be allowed by the class structure rules?

no you cant

I can tell you from experience that HD wont let you sign them - I totally forgot that limitation, had a couple of gaps I needed to fill, went out and chased just the right jucos, got them lined up - and then could not sign them

I'm a moron.  learn from my errors.
