Should have slightly more value...if you want realism. 

But it would give an unfair advantage if it was worth too much.

Maybe 1/3 of a prestige letter grade.  It does have some value for sure, based on a $60k battle I had with Arkansas a while back in Allen.  Enough to make a B+ school outspend a B school in order to win at the morning of the last day of signings.
