What's the minimum stamina to look for when you want to install a FCP? Can a C with 70-75 stamina be useful in that system?

Yes, I think that is bare minimum of enough though and I definitely would not go any lower. Check out my Concordia, St. Paul team in Knight. My starters with 80-90+ stamina still only averaged 19-21 mpg on Fairly Fresh.
