"Looking to be drafted in the first round" guys will get taken when using a very conservative approach (and in the first round), correct?

Yes, they will be drafted with very conservative settings, but I am pretty sure they can get drafted in any round.

They will get drafted, but it might be more difficult to sign them with the "Looking to be drafted in the first round" caveat.
