Once we get the last 3 openings filled we will be running our Season 5 Free Agent & Rookie Draft. ~ Ultimate Progressive- Season 5 ! ~
Lifetime Keeper League. All players in MLB History available to be used. Players were drafted in Season 1 and were able to start with their 1st ever $5 million+ season. Drafted players Progress 1 year season to season whether Kept or as Cut Free Agents. New Players not previously used can be drafted as Rookies with each new Draft, or you can Draft from the Free Agent Pool of cut players that also progresses through their careers whether drafted or unsigned.
Keep 15 players & cut 10 Players each year. Cut Players become Free Agents & Progress Each Season to be available to be drafted each year. Each Season we have a 10 Round Draft of all Free Agents and Rookies that have yet to play in the League. Salary Cap is $140 mil.

* No DH.
* 6/2 below average AAA for filler.
* Partial Seasons are allowed.
* 40 Live games required for Playoffs.
* Trades OK- subject to standard League Veto.
* Allignment- Random every season. (to keep it fresh, we all get to play different teams and players)
* Team Names- Whatever you want- it's your team, man...
* Once a player retires in real life- (runs out of WIS Seasons) that player is retired and will forever be gone from the League. We'll have to find new players to draft into the League as "Rookies". Some of Season 4's Rookies were guys like Dave Parker, Ken Caminiti, Felix Hernandez, Buster Posey, Joey Votto, Ripper Collins, Andy Pafko, Cliff Lee, Carlos Gonzalez, Eddie Stanky, Kevin Mitchell- basically anyone that has yet to appear in the League is fair game. Each Season you Keep the 15 you want- and the other 10 become free agents and progress year to year whether they are re-drafted as free agents or not. So there are always lots of helpful free agents at all positions plus any Rookies you can find in the database to bring into the League.
* CURRENT MLB'ers that hit their WIS 2111, 2212, 2013, ect. seasons when the past catches up to the future for such players as Tim Linsecum, Felix Hernandez, Josh Hamilton, Prince Fielder, Ryan Howard, ect-- once they run out of WIS Seasons you will have the option of using our 1 allotted Injured Reserve Slot or use one of your 15 Keeper slots to retain that player until he has a 2011 database season- or you can cut him and he'd be available again the next Draft as a Free Agent by yourself or another team.
* WW II or other Military Service IR Exemption- Per League Vote, Players who missed a SIM season due to military action such as Joe Dimagio, Ted Williams, Hank Greenberg, Bob Feller, ect. are eligible to skip their war years and progress to their next WIS Database Season rather than be put on IR for 3 seasons.
