i sent in a ticket to admin to ask about a comp pick in next years draft...this was the answers (if you call them that) from cust service...am i crazy or do they not answer my question...i am shaking my head...it is their game right...they make the rules and do the programming...maybe someone out there can answer me...it would be appreciated...i have always raved about admin/customer service...but never had anything like this...

just wanted to make sure i will get a comp pick next season...i drafted my 1st round pick...he was a may not sign...i made him the initial offer...i never w/drew it like you stated in the help section...he now came back and wants $9 million...i havent w/drew the original offer...so if i do nothing i will get the comp pick correct since i never w/drew the initial offer...let me know...thanks...charles...save_mr_x...

Thanks for the note. You'll get a comp pick if your situation is in line with the guidelines that are outlined in the KB Article #682.

Thanks for the follow up. There isn't another answer that we can give other than what we have. If your scenario plays out as outlined in the article you'll get a comp pick.

the reason i asked was because the situation when a player ups his demands wasnt addressed...either way...according to hineiii's ticked i should be fine...anyway...thanks for the help...

Same topic as last week?  Really, 2 different people failed to figure out the comp system, then failed to accept CS' complete and useful response, and had so much of an issue with this they had to take it to the forums and bash CS to some degree?
