So basically, focus practice minutes on the areas w/ big upside, and secondarily the areas with average growth (those that are not mentioned)
Now, a caveat.....also think about the player's position, and where they are starting from. For instance, If you have a Center with a 1 in PER but with high growth, it might not be best to focus heavily on PER practice minutes, because LP, REB, SB, and ATH might be more important for that player.
