How should I set the TPC and MPC for a closer with a stamina of 11 but a durability of 93?

10 and 15.

Anything less than that is not going to get you through an entire inning.  Even 10/15 might be difficult at times.

You could get away with 15/20 if you make sure his autorest is set at 99.

Yeah, he's the best I got right now.  I have a couple who are moving through the minors that will be better but aren't yet.
