Simple premise.....which of the last two years had the better players?  We find 12 owners who want to make up a team of 2009 players and 12 owners who want to make up a team of 2010 players.  I put each into two conferences, a 2009 conference and a 2010 conference.

We will use a $70 million cap to give everyone a chance at a decent D and O line, and still have pretty good players.
