An IFA appeared in one of my worlds, and I submitted a MLB offer with 327k in each season.  I have about 600k in cap room left in the current season.  My first offer went through, but was declined, since I wasn't #1.  When I went to go back in and submit a bid with a higher bonus, I get this error:

Error: Your franchise doesn't have the money available to offer the proposed annual salaries. Your Player Payroll isn't large enough starting with Season xx

Has anyone ever seen this before?  Why is it telling me I don't have the payroll room, and why did it let me put my original offer in?  If I try to resubmit my same offer, or a lower one, I get the same error.

Try withdrawing the previous offer before resubmitting the new one.

That did the trick.  It must be trying to simultaneously apply both offers?

Seems like a bug, but I've seen the withdraw/resubmit get around the problem.

I had this problem last season and didn't figure it out.  It's good to know an answer exists.  I wrote to CS.  They responded to tell me that they would look into it then get back to me, but did not do so.

This will not happen.

Sorry! Wrong thread.
