Any merit to a scouting report? Topic

I understand they do have merits. At the end of a scouting report...Just one line..."He'll almost certainly leave early for the NBA". Does this mean anything in reality? I have the feeling its just another filler line.

no discernible meaning beyond "he's good". No correlation in this and players actually leaving early, in my experience. (though maybe i've undercoached them all out of being able to do so...)
