A pitcher threw a "perfect game" recently.  There was an error in the first inning, but in the "Player of the Game" box it still says "Dave Barnes throws a perfect game".  My suggestion is that WhatifSports takes errors inot account on whether it is a perfect game or no-hitter.  http://whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/Boxscore.aspx?gid=37503630

I had reported a similar bug almost 5 months ago:

Trenton's pitcher was credited with a perfect game, but Little Rock had a runner reach first via error in the bottom of the 4th. Looks like a bug.

You are right. We have tracked down and corrected for a future update. Error then a DP caused the issue.
