Running on Auto Pilot Topic

When drafting teams in OLs, I tend to draft the very minimum of, both, PAs, as well as innings with the hope and expectation of maximizing the talent that I draft in relation to my selected park. However, in doing so, it generally takes quite a bit of micro managing on my part, including pitching and hitting match ups and inter league play.  By no means do I employ a "fatigue" strategy.  I simply adjust my starting rotation and lineup a little differently, depending on the opponent and where I'm playing, which I imagine most owners do.

That being said, I've been noticing owners who play their games with their teams essentially set at "auto pilot", whereas they don't have to spend considerable time micro managing each of their teams.  So, in a nutshell, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on running a team on auto pilot such as PAs for starters and backups, IP for starters and relievers, etc.  Thanks for any input.

I envy owners who can get away with that.  If I don't worry about lefty/righty matchups, I can usually leave my position players on autopilot for awhile.  But if I miss even one day's worth of games (three games), I usually have badly fatigued relievers (~60-80%) in the pitching mix.  Even if I set their autorest to 80 or 90%, Sparky would just start pulling my mops, scrubs and AAA pitchers into situations for which they're not intended.  I honestly don't know how owners survive on long stretches of autopilot.  Wish I could.

That's exactly what I mean Thunder.  Someone recently posted that they made the playoffs, or came close to doing so, with their team on auto pilot essentially for the whole season. It was interesting because I find myself spending too much time micro managing my teams practically every game.
