Really, I do think I am probably doing about as well as I should given my roster with Williams, but can anyone tell me if there is anything obviously wrong I am doing with lineups et al?  Still sort of learning the game a bit and any input is appreciated.

That's a pretty solid group of seniors you'll be losing after this season, so I think you can expect a step back next season, especially with no current juniors and since you scheduled some tougher NC games (btw, you may want to schedule Game #10 before the CT is over unless you're ok with a random SIM team getting on your schedule).  Given your C+, you're recruiting fairly well it seems.  If you're not going after dropdowns/pulldowns in recruiting, then get familiar with that topic via this forum.  Also, and this is nitpicking given your C+, but the stamina of your freshmen/sophs are a bit low, you may want to shoot a bit higher.  You play Zone defense, which helps mitigate some of the stamina issue, but I still think you have too many guys in the 60's.  Otherwise,  you may be susceptible to late-game meltdowns.
