I've built a few teams now and I feel that I have a good grasp on most of the search functions and how they translate to expected results in an OL (also with ballpark considerations).  I haven't, however, developed a good understanding of ERC#.  What exactly does it measure?  How important of a search criteria is it compared to OAV#, BB/9# and HR/9#?
