At the beginning of this season, my AAA pitching coach defected. I have a great AA pitching coach, who I decided to keep at AA because I was sure I could find a decent AAA coach to fill the other spot. I was proven wrong. I am now stuck with the famed Alfonso Martinez: 60 Pitching IQ/ 34 Patience/ 66 Discipline.
My question is this; I have a couple ML-likely pitching prospects at AAA and one ML-possible, all with three years of experience.

I want to get as much development as I can out of these guys. Am I better off leaving them where they are, with...Alfonso...or demoting them to AA to work with PC Jaime Charleston 81 Pitching IQ/ 83 Patience/ 53 Discipline ? I am completely torn between the two options. Charleston is significantly better, but I am afraid of incurring demotion penalties.
