Heard once that IFA's from certain countries were duds.  Not sure if there are any case studies about this.

I heard the only IFA pitchers who fully develop are the ones who throw a knuckleball or are from a country starting with a vowel.

I find with all prospects, but especially IFAs, that they don't develop much in the year that they were signed.  Just a point here and there is the best I've seen.

i've seen that with IFA's in their 20s, yes.  it's annoying.
