I've been at the D-1 level for 5 seasons, and I dont seem to be improving, at all...  I told myself after having all of my own recruits and getting used to the D-1 recruiting I would be better off, but this season was just as painful as ever.  After only making postseason play once(PI) in the last 5 seasons, I'm at a loss so here I come for help, haha.  Can someone look at my team and tell me what I'm doing wrong?  Am I recruiting the wrong types of players for the level I'm at?  I'm not even in that great of a conference, AT ALL.  I just need some answers...  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Via droid so disregard the bad spelling.

1- zone is the suck. I have two d1 zone schools. If you look at who wins and is in the nt consistantly you wont find too many zone teams. I switching both to m2m.
2- you have 10 underclassmen. Unless you're a top shelf d1 school you are to pile up losea.
3- rebounding is too low. You have two decent guys. You should have 1 or 2 guys in the 90s and 2 more with the potential to do so. Your differential tells the story.
4- perimeter is low. I think I saw two guys in the 70s and the rest in the 50s. You need someone to shoot them but pull back on the lower guys.

Just a ten second scan, but I would say more ATH, more DEF, more PER in the wings, maybe sacrifice LP, BH.
