I recently moved from Rhode Island to Oregon in Naismith.  Rhode Island is a B+ prestige, baseline B- and the A-10 is a C prestige conference.  Oregon is an A- prestige (luckily hiring me did not change that), B baseline and the PAC-10 is a B prestige conference.

Despite all that Simmy had it listed as a 'Step Backwards'.  Anyone else see an issue with this?

Have you ever been to Eugene, Oregon? ;) 

Definitely seems strange that Simmy would call it a backward step. Might be time to look for a better agent/advisor.
