Sorry for a weak title, and more sorry for pulling this from another thread, but I think everyone should be made aware of it:

So they finally admit that it's an issue. When this happened to me a year ago they told me sometimes you have to put extra effort into a guy even if he's on your list for your division, even if they contacted you letting you know they were open to your efforts.
