is the AAA gonna count against cap? and also since its above average and manual, how do you select them? Do they have to be in your division? Real names? Ive never done this other than a draft league once, so Im just a little confused

Your AAA doesnt count against cap, but they still have to be from your division. You will have the ability to select them once you fill your 25 man roster in the draft center. The manual AAA is great to pick up pinch hitters, platoon players and short relief.

at above avg though cant guys get superstars at 200,000 instead of millions? Just asking so I know how to draft my team
