Recruited an ineligble last season who sat out the whole year.  During recruiting this year have found SEVERAL guys I like better.

If I rescind the 'ship on my recruit from last year, how big of a hit in Rep or Loyalty will I take?

Not enough to make a difference.  I actually do it quite often,  kick him to the curb.
