The highest i can find is 14 seasons in a row.  Im sure there are higher ones out there but does anyone know the record?

first team i could think of was st. bonnie's in iba, 16 in a row

after having no one go in s46 they rebounded with 8 in s47's draft

The draft is really a crap shoot and is in no way realistic.  I can't believe its allowed to effect prestige.
