Went through a bunch of threads on redshirts, but didn't see this addressed. Say I redshirt someone this season and he is ******, so his WE drops to 1. I leave it on, because the extra year of eligibility is worth it to me (yes, I know I can remove and put it back repeatedly).

Next season (his freshman year) will his Work Ethic rebound at all, or will he keep the 1 WE and just add to it (if at all) just like any normal player?

You must not have looked that hard, 'cause it hasn't even been a month since the last time somebody asked this.  It won't bounce back, it'll stay at 1.  And 1s really don't grow.  Pull the RS or he'll end his career with 3 or 4 WE at most.

Dahs, any idea what the thread title was? I went through about a dozen from the last year with the word "redshirt" in the subject heading. If there's a more efficient way to search, I'd be interested in it.

Yeah, the search function is less than optimal.  Maybe they just put RS, but that's not a long enough search term.  I don't remember.  No big deal, not hard to answer the question again...
