When recruiting in Knight, a d3 recruit is refusing my A+ school's efforts (i.e. declining starts and campus visits) which I had never seen before.  Meanwhile, he is considering a lower prestige d3 school.  This makes no sense to me.

Has this happened before to other coaches? Thoughts?

It's been happening for some reason.  Send a ticket.  If they have to deal with enough tickets on the same issue they may eventually fix it.
