Almost always if you're confused by the response to a phone call it means the player is recruitable.

Yeah, he was within 70 miles. Thanks for reminding me.. he's an ineligible, guys going to be ridiculous if he shows up. I sure hope I can keep him, and if I do, he better show up. 0 for my last 3 with ineligibles
