We need an owner for the Pittsburgh franchise who currently holds the No.2 slot in the draft.
You may use the best season for each player in the two years we are playing.  In future seasons we are regressing, so the next two will be 1998-1999.

Also the Cleveland Brown defense is not bad for this season, however, these are the expansion Browns and they will be 'retiring' after 1999, but there are several defense with good futures in the '90s that are available to be drafted.
