What is the right ballpark? Topic

Hey guys, maybe you can help me understand how to chose the right ball park. Every team i draft since to do fine when visiting, but they sucked at home.
I draft good pitching, lots of hits, only about 100 hr, i picked ATT park with +1 hitting, +3 triples and -3 HR. I can't seem to win a game in ball park.
Maybe there is a trick when chosing a ball park, can someone please help?
Thanks!!!!

No offense, but there is a trick.  You have to draft the type of hitters that will fit the particular park you choose.

Agree.  Would also need more details on what you consider "good" pitching.  If they are guys who have a great era (doesnt matter) but give up a normal or high amount of hits, then a park like you describe will be murder.

One of the things I always found hard to believe but true.  Pedro Martinez gives up a lot of HRs even though he doesnt give up a lot of hits overall. He usually does well in Coors as despite the HRs, he doesnt give up other hits so a lot of solo shots.

I picked the ballpark based on what I drafted, or at least that's what I think I did.
08 Joss total 232 hits, 2 home runs.
68 McLain 241 hits, 31 home runs.
04 Owen 243 hits, 2 home runs.

Offense, About 100 home runs, 60 triples, 5 players with 200+ hits.

AT&T Park is +1 hits, +3 triples and -3 home runs.

The team you're talking about is 1-3 at home and 2-1 on the road. I think maybe we could wait a while before we hit the panic button? I noticed you have another team that is 10 games better at home...
Also stop using the waiver wire. Only noobs use it.
