Study Hall Question Topic

So usually I have pretty low study hall minutes and always have to add some to try and keep guys in school.  This year I used more study hall minutes and everyone is well over the GPA line.  I know I hear all the time this is random, so should I mess with the minutes so I can add more to other practice qualities?

I would reduce study hall, but it depends on the player and his GPA history. I think freshmen are the most volatile, with seniors being the least likely to plummet
